Service Description
While living in India, I had the privilege of learning from people who had spent over a decade in silence, serving in ashrams and dedicating their lives to mindfulness, breath, and embodied presence. Their calm wasn’t performative—it was lived. Just being around them was a lesson in stillness. Later, I deepened my practice through a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Malaysia, spent in complete silence. It was one of the most challenging and transformative experiences of my life. Without distractions or escape, I came face-to-face with my thoughts, my body, and the discomfort of simply being with myself. But I also discovered an inner stillness that I hadn’t known before—a quiet anchor I could return to, even amidst chaos. These experiences reshaped how I approach meditation and breathwork. I don’t teach from a textbook. I offer calm, honest, body-aware sessions to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to be calm to begin. These sessions are not about performance—they’re about presence. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or just need space to breathe, this is a grounded and welcoming practice. I’ll meet you where you’re at, gently guiding you back to the breath and back to your body—one moment at a time.
